The Consortium is led and managed by the Director, Anne Hayward. It operates through a management group consisting of a lead professional from each of the partner organisations together with four Associates who lead on specific Inclusion and SEN & Disability areas and professional specialists for Quality Assurance and project management:

The Consortium is able to access an extensive bank of specialist associates from the partner organisations, ensuring it is able to tailor services to meet client needs and provide highly flexible capacity to undertake assignments.
